Bioweingut Lenz
Thurgau, Witzerland
The Bioweingut Lenz is committed to organic farming and cultivates a total of 27 hectares of agricultural land, of which 5.5 hectares have been renatured to create areas for biodiversity. In doing so, the winery is pursuing the goal of promoting a diverse habitat and leaving monocultures behind.
As a visionary winery, the Lenz family strives to respect the cycles of nature and actively meet the challenges of climate change. With the aim of producing sustainable wines, they are committed to promoting the balance of natural ecosystems and thus bringing expressiveness and quality to every bottle.PIWI grapes by conviction
With over 40 different grape varieties, more than 95% of which are PIWIs (fungus-resistant grape varieties), the Lenz winery boasts an impressive diversity. These fungus-resistant varieties are particularly well adapted to the climatic conditions of the growing region and are cultivated pesticide-free by the organic winery.
"Working with Sabine Reber from AMESCO is inspiring. Quality, innovation and sustainability characterize the AMESCO style."
