Ahead of the times by tradition - this has been the guiding principle of the Mounir family at their Cave du Rhodan winery in Salgesch since 1962. Today, Olivier and Sandra are the third generation to run the certified organic family business with a spirit of innovation, vision and passion.
In true pioneering spirit, the family is always trying out new things and has been using biodynamic cultivation for many years. Sustainability is understood comprehensively as part of a holistic way of thinking that combines ecological, social and intergenerational responsibility. It's not just about what the vineyard gives, but also what you can give back to it.

Today, Cave du Rhodan is an established name in the Swiss wine world and stands for quality, authenticity and customer proximity. Numerous awards underline this claim, including the title of Swiss Winery of the Year 2022.
The Mounir family is passionate about the finesse of vinification and bringing out the typicality of the grapes in elegant wines. These values form the ideal basis for a joint product - because it is precisely this origin and character that we want to bring to life in the non-alcoholic version. Our connection to the Cave du Rhodan also has a personal dimension: as a child, our founder Sabine visited the vineyard in Salgesch with her parents. Today, this early encounter is bearing fruit - in the form of our first partnership in Valais
