At AMESCO, we have developed a unique process to turn your wine into an alcohol-free equivalent - without compromising on taste.
We do not work with conventional vacuum distillation, but with our specially developed process without heating the wine. This gentle process allows us to reproduce the full flavor of the wine in alcohol-free form.
We work closely with you to develop new, alcohol-free wines that bear your signature and at the same time perfectly reflect the current trend towards alcohol-free enjoyment.

1. getting to know
We will come to you and enable you to taste an original wine with its non-alcoholic counterpart.
We also taste your wines to discuss together which ones are best suited.
2. pilot
We start the development with 35 liters of your wine. We share our knowledge of fining - to restore your style and balance to your non-alcoholic wine.
With the test bottling, we gather feedback and decide together whether the product is convincing.
3. production
After the “GO” from both sides, we produce the agreed quantity using our process.
4. launch
Together we bring your non-alcoholic wine to market with your label and our quality seal
